Travel and hospitality

A guest sees one price. Your systems see five.

Rates, availability and guest data move between booking channels, properties and loyalty systems that rarely agree. We build the APIs, events and AI on Google Cloud that keep them in step.

  • Change requestGuest moves arrival by one day
  • AvailabilityUpdated across all channels
  • Loyalty and paymentPoints and deposit carried over

Hospitality is remembered for the one moment the systems disagreed in front of the guest.

Where you are

Your bookings arrive from your own site, partners and agents. Properties, loyalty and payment run on different systems, and an AI assistant is on next year's plan.

Rate and availability drift

Channels disagree in public.

One channel shows a different price, another sells a room that is already gone, and the desk finds out when the guest arrives.

What waiting costs: walked guests, partner penalties and refunds handled one complaint at a time.

Guest data in pieces

Personal service needs the whole guest.

Preferences, stays and loyalty live in separate systems, and an assistant can only be as personal as the data it can reach.

What waiting costs: personal service that is not personal.

Payment and price exposure

Every new integration touches card data and the quoted price.

PCI DSS applies to every channel that handles a card, including an assistant, and US rules on fee display ask hotels to show the total price up front.

What waiting costs: an audit finding, a fee complaint or a breach in the busiest season.

Rulebook by market

MarketWhat supervisors are looking atWhat it means for an agent
United StatesPCI DSS version 4.0.1 for card data in bookings and on property. The FTC rule on unfair or deceptive fees, which covers short-term lodging and asks for the total price to be shown. State consumer privacy laws.Card data never enters an agent's context. Any price an agent quotes is the total price. Guest data is used only for the purposes recorded.
SingaporeThe Personal Data Protection Act and IMDA's Model AI Governance Framework.Guest data has a recorded purpose, and an agent's decisions can be explained to the guest.
United Arab EmiratesThe federal Personal Data Protection Law, and the DIFC and ADGM data protection rules where a business sits in those free zones. The questions are the same and the filings differ. We confirm the local rulebook at the start of every engagement.

What is in the way

Channel managers, property systems, loyalty and payment were bought one at a time and talk through overnight files and point-to-point links. An AI assistant built on top of them inherits every disagreement.

When a guest changes a booking, how many systems update by themselves?

One guest, one truth

Illustrative example. One guest, one truth: a change reaches every channel, loyalty and payment together.

How we clear it

We get every channel reading the same rates and availability first, then put a service agent on top of that single version.

  1. 01

One API layer for channels and partners.

Rates, availability and bookings through governed Apigee APIs, with card data tokenized at the gateway.

You hold: an owner and a policy for every channel and partner connection.

  2. 02

    Inventory events in real time.

Rate and availability changes carried as event streams on Google Cloud to every channel together, with BigQuery receiving the same events for revenue analysis.

You hold: availability and rates that match across channels at the same moment.

    Vertex AI, BigQuery and data
  3. 03

Service agents for guests and staff.

Agents on Gemini Enterprise that answer and change bookings within policy, quote total prices and log each step.

You hold: one service agent in production with a decision log and desk approval for anything outside policy.

Easy to start

Start with one workflow, not a program.

You

Choose one workflow, name one owner, and give us time with the people who sign it off.

Us

We bring engineers and the gateway design, we work inside your environment under your security rules, and we write the review pack alongside the build.

A good first workflow is availability across your top three channels. See the fixed-price ways to start.

What the work feels like

What the first month looks like from your side.

  1. The first week

One workflow is chosen and one person owns it. The questions your reviewers will ask are written down before any build starts. Your revenue team sees one rate change reach every channel in the first sprint demo.

  2. The first sprint

Governance goes in before the first agent does: the gateway, the audit trail and the access rules. Your risk team sees them working.

  3. Every week

A working demo you can show your own review board, not a status slide.

  4. The sign-off

A decision log that can rebuild any action, and a go-live date that was agreed at the start.

Production readiness check

Test one workflow against the five questions.

A short readiness check on a live or planned agent workflow. You get a score and the principles worth another look.

Questions we are asked before the first conversation

Do we have to replace our property management or reservation system?

No. We work in the API and data layer around them, and they stay the systems of record.

Can an AI assistant change a booking?

Yes, inside the policy limits you set for dates, rates and upgrades. Anything outside them goes to the desk, and the log shows what the assistant proposed and who approved it.

How do you keep card data away from AI?

Card data is tokenized at the gateway, so the assistant only ever sees a token. That keeps the agent outside the systems your PCI assessor has to examine in detail.

Can you work with our channel manager and partner connections?

Yes. We put your existing channel and partner connections behind one governed layer first, then add new channels to the same standard.
